Once labour starts, I’m there for the long haul, whether that’s four hours or forty. I work in dimly lit spaces, navigate unpredictable moments, and quietly capture the details you’ll never want to forget.


Afterwards, I spend hours carefully editing your images, making sure they tell the story exactly as it happened - real, emotional, and timeless. And just like wedding photography, there’s a level of skill, experience, and professional equipment required to ensure your memories are captured perfectly.


So, How Much is Birth Photography in Sydney?

Every birth photographer prices their work differently based on experience, inclusions, and how much they put into their service. In Sydney, you’re generally looking at somewhere between $1,500 and $3,500 for photography alone.


Some families also choose to add birth videography, which is a beautiful way to relive the experience in motion - the sound of that first cry, whispered words of encouragement, the deep breaths between contractions. Video captures the in-between moments that photos can’t, making it an incredibly powerful addition to your birth story.
