How far do you travel for a birth Session?
I typically travel up to approximately one hour from Blacktown for a Birth Story session, which covers most areas of Sydney. I allocate myself a two-hour window to account for any unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays or personal arrangements, such as dropping off my son at his grandparents if necessary. This ensures that I can arrive promptly and be fully present to capture your birth experience.
What happens if i go into labour at 2am?
If you go into labor at 2 am, rest assured that I am fully prepared to spring into action! As part of my commitment to you, I am on-call 24/7 starting from Week 38 of your pregnancy. So, if labor begins in the wee hours of the morning, I'll be ready to head out the door and meet you at your birthing location right away. Your comfort and peace of mind are my top priorities, and I'll be there to support you every step of the way, no matter the hour.
What does 'on-call' mean?
Being on call from Week 38 means I am fully committed and available to you around the clock, without any breaks or holidays. This ensures that I am always ready to respond promptly whenever you need me, whether it's day or night. Your peace of mind and comfort are my top priorities, and I want you to feel reassured knowing that I am here for you throughout this special journey.
